The news that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been given the Manchester United job on a permanent basis is still surprising, despite it being obvious he had done his chances no harm in recent months.The Baby-Faced Assassin’ has transformed the fortunes of the club since replacing Jose Mourinho in December and has won 10 of his 13 Premier League matches in that time.2

The right time for me was always mid-March to the end of March, and that’s when the international break is, Neville said prior to the last-16 tie with PSG.“I’ll be surprised if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is not awarded the job in the international break in the next couple of weeks.”United currently sit in fifth place, just two points off fourth-placed Arsenal, as they prepare to host Watford at Old Trafford on Saturday.
