The home of LaLiga giants, the Santiago Bernabeu, is also recognised as topping the stadia performance chart.Working alongside engineering and consultancy practice BuroHappold, the report aims to determine how football stadiums benefit the clubs based on three key aspects; Matchday Experience, Broadcaster and Partner Appeal and Match Impact.By focusing on these three aspects (which encompass sound attractiveness and fan volume) BuroHappold and Brand Finance have developed the Venue Performance Rating (VPR) for each of the stadia in the Brand Finance Football 50 ranking.A statement from the report details how having a superior stadium can have a huge impact on and off the pitch for clubs around the world.
